How do I start renting?

What are my payment options?

When can I access my unit?

Gates are open as follows:
Summer Hours 6:00am - 8:00pm
Winter Hours 7:00am - 7:00pm

Monthly payments are due in our office by the 5th of the month.

We accept cash, check, money order or PayPal. Please make checks and money orders payable to CAP Storage.

Cash, check or money order payments may be left in the CAP Storage dropbox or mailed to DuBois Properties, P.O. Box 188, Elkmont, AL 35620. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal.com. "Send" payments to duboisministorage@gmail.com or Piney Chapel, LLC.

What if my payment is late?

Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a $5 per unit late fee.
